We combine our breathable, NOAH and FELIPE memory foams with our high-resilience foams to create this incredibly comfortable surface. It is the perfect combination for intensive care applications, where a less humid bed surface is critical.
All our mattresses can be custom designed to your specifications, which may include bariatric requirements. For additional personalization, we can add your logo or graphic. All of our mattresses are compressed for easy shipping.
Our High Resilience and Smart-Turn Mattresses are built with medical grade foam, offer firm side-rails for better support, have soft feet to reduce pressure ulcers, withstand up to 350 lbs., have a sag/comfort factor above 2.5 and a 55% resilience.
* All our mattresses include a fire barrier. All our mattress products meet the Federal Flammability Standards 16 CFR 1633 and 16 CFR 1632 standard and are FDA approved.
SMART-TURN MATTRESS
This dual density mattress is made to attend to different patient needs, a firm side and a soft side. The firm side for patients that prefer more support and pressure redistribution.
The soft side is made with a high density, high resilience super soft foam, that guarantees support and comfort. Both sides have a soft feet heel area as well as a built-in 6” side perimeter to help ease resident transfers and reduce the risk of falls.

Our transfer sheets ease caregiver back strain by making it easier to boost the resident toward the headboard. Position the resident on top of the sheet as you would with a draw sheet. Grab the reinforced edges of the top layer, or by the handles, and slide it upward.

Felipe was named after the chemist who developed it. It is an open visco-memory foam with all the properties of viscoelastic-memory foam but is breathable, reducing the issue of heat that all other visco-memory foams. Viscogel foams have not been able to reduce the heat found in memory foam mattresses but this new technology addresses the issue directly, this technology is typically only found in polyester foams which cost on average 80% more than the polyurethane foams.

Hospital beds refer to a variety of medical devices that are classified as beds. FDA regulations classify hospital beds as Class I and Class II devices. These devices are used for patients in acute care, long-term care, or home care settings. A hospital bed system encompasses the bed frame and its components, including the bedside rails, head and footboard, the mattress, and any accessories added to the bed, such a detachable mattress cover.
A hospital bed mattress cover provides outer protection to a mattress by preventing blood and other body fluids from entering the inside (inner core) of the mattress. Such covers may be coated with or contain an antimicrobial solution that kills germs (viruses or bacteria) or prevents bacterial growth. There are multiple terms used to describe hospital bed mattress covers: water-resistant (keeps liquid away from the material), water-proof (prevents liquid from entering inside the material), or water-repellent (keeps liquid away from the material and prevents liquid from entering inside the material). Covers are usually detachable from the mattress or the mattress lining, meaning that they can be removed or replaced.
Federal Flammability Standards: 16 CFR Parts 1632 and 1633
All mattresses sold in the United States must meet be the requirements of 16 CFR Parts 1632 and 1633, as regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Information on both standards may be found below.
