The debate of whether or not it is worth it to replace the entire sleep unit starts to weigh in, but ultimately, it may be too expensive. You can bring in your cushion covers to our shop and have us stuff the new foam for you, or, if you are out of state, you can mail in covers, send us a paper template, or, if you feel comfortable, just give us sizes and we can custom make a cushion to those dimensions. This type of replacement is good for people who love their furniture and do not want to spend the time and expenses on replacements. This type of service is excellent for mattresses for trucks, antique beds with odd sizes, benches, bay windows, window seat cushions, round cushions, dining room chairs, RV cushions and beds, pet beds, bar seat pads, couch cushions, boat cushions, camping pads, foam bar railing, footstools, round mattresses, and foam fillers (plug) for windows or bed frames.
How to obtain a quote for a custom mattress size
- Using a tape measure, obtain the dimensions of the surface the mattress is going on (plywood, platform bed, etc). Measure the longest length and the widest width. If it’s an oddly shaped mattress, we can still give you a quote over the phone, but we may need a template or a schematic (from your RV or Boat manufacturer, or we can tell you how to make one) before we start production.
- If possible, obtain the existing mattress dimensions (not required but helpful).
- If it is available, note the height of your existing mattress and if you have any height restrictions (mattress is close to the ceiling, you have a low headboard, etc.).
- Double check your measurements one more time. Because of the labor and cost of materials involved, all custom mattresses are non-refundable once production is started and there are no returns, cancellations, or modifications.

Before you order a custom size, make sure you don’t have one of the standard sofa mattress sizes listed below. We do offer standard sizes on this page in the upgraded version of the product, however, keep in mind, with custom orders, there are no returns, modifications, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
